Bunch's Chili
This recipe is really old… prior to the 1920’s, even, if I correctly recall and was in a book that came from my grandmother entitled “Favorite Recipes of the Lower Cape Fear.” Being from that era, the ingredients are simple but I make it every Winter and more than once at that. At least now in 2010 we don’t have to grow the stuff and kill the cow, etc.
